Huge storm at second Christmas day caused also some damages at Jokioinen Museum Railway. The railway line was inspected at Wednesday and it was found that several large trees has fallen on the railway line or very close of it. However, the track itself has not been damaged, so it was partially cleaned up immediately. The rest of trees and storm trashes will be removed during next weekend.

The blue colour of Karkkila coach got the final touch on the second week of December when a paint shop hired to paint the coach applied the last layer of varnish on the walls.  There are two layers of varnish to protect the paint against scratches and sun light and to give the final shiny touch on the surface.

The toilet of the coach was also almost completed when the original cast iron toilet seat was mounted into its place with a newly renovated ring and lid. The toilet will be closed fo public for hygenic reasons but it has been renovated to its former look.
