Events and Timetables

Come, see, and experience the power of steam! This is the ultimate steam festival in Finnish summer. This year the festival will last all the weekend from Saturday to Sunday! Many steam locomotives and steam trains will operate on this festival day on Humppila - Jokioinen Jokioinen Museum Railway. At Minkiö station there will be several loco mobiles and stationary engines running.

In addition to two passenger steam trains operating between Humppila-Minkiö-Jokioinen there will be one steam locomotive offering cab rides (for an additional fee) between Minkiö and Salminen halt. Also a 1901 H.K.Porter steam locomotive powered steam train will be running on both days at Minkiö carrying people around the festival area.

We kindly ask you to arrive at Minkiö by train as there is very limited parking space.
