The Strongest of the Rail Yard
On the third Sunday of August, the competition "Strongest of the Rail Yard" organized by the World Heavy Events Association will be held at Minkiö station starting at 12 noon.
Series: Women/Men- Push-up combination (axel – bar – circus dumbbell)
- sack carrying 20m + duck walk 20m
- Fingal Fingers (raising the rail)
- Deadlift combination(1 X axel, 1 X bar, rail frame as many times as can be done)
- Train pulling, harness + front rope
