The Annual General Meeting of the Jokioisten Museorautatie Oy (Jokioinen Museum Railway Ltd) will be held at the Humppila municipal office on Thursday the 4th of April 2013 at 13.00. The meeting will address the Articles of Association of the Annual General Meeting and in addition proposal of the board to mandate the board to buy in the own sahres of the comppany with the non-restricted equity capital.
